User testing opportunities
We’ve introduced ‘user testing’ so permit holders can test and provide feedback on significant upgrades to the Wildlife Permit System prior to the upgrade being launched.
Each testing opportunity will be limited to a specific number of people, selected at random from a list of permit holders who have registered their interest, both to reduce the burden on testers and ensure that DEW’s Fauna Permit Unit can help if required.
The testing is simple and shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes to complete depending on the upgrade / new feature. You will typically have 7 days to complete the test.
