EOI process open til 15 November
Businesses and groups with ideas for the future use of the former Belair golf course and country club have been invited to submit expressions of interest by 15 November 2018.
The site covers more than 50 hectares in the western portion of the park and includes a function centre, club rooms, workshop and gazebo.
Businesses, non-government organisations and community groups with environmentally, socially and economically sustainable proposals are encouraged to apply. Proposals will be considered for either the whole site or a portion of it.
The land is in the Belair National Park and the lease was recently returned to the Department for Environment and Water.
