Prescribed burn at Mount Bold Reservoir Reserve

A prescribed burn is planned at Mount Bold Reservoir Reserve, near Clarendon in the Adelaide Mount Lofty Ranges, on Friday 12 April, weather conditions permitting.
- The burn will start at 11:15am on Friday 12 April and is likely to be completed by 5:00pm that evening.
- The area to be burnt is 23 hectares north east of Clarendon and south of the Cherry Gardens Substation in Mt Bold Reservoir Reserve.
- This is a landscape protection burn to reduce fuel loads on SA Water land north east of Clarendon and south of the Cherry Gardens Substation.
- Formby, Frith, Potter and Lafferty Roads may be impacted by smoke.
- No roads will be closed during the burn.
- The burn is being conducted by National Parks and Wildlife Service SA on behalf of SA Water.
- National Parks and Wildlife Service crews will remain on site until safe.

Prescribed burns will only be carried out when it is deemed safe to do so and may be cancelled at short notice.
