~Provisional Entry~

The South Australian Heritage Council hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 17(4)(b) of the Heritage Places Act 1993, that the following places were provisionally entered as State Heritage Places in the South Australian Heritage Register.

Former A. A. Stenross & Company Boatyard – Barngarla Country, 97 Lincoln Highway, Port Lincoln SA 5606

Provisionally entered in the Register under section 17(2)(a), criteria (b); (d) of section 16(1) of the Act.

Former Hindmarsh Town Hall Complex (façades) – Kaurna Country, 4 Milner Street, Hindmarsh SA 5007

Provisionally entered in the Register under section 17(2)(a), criterion (e) of section 16(1) of the Act.

~Retention of Designation~

The South Australian Heritage Council hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 18A(10)(b) of the Heritage Places Act 1993, that the following designation as a place of palaeontological significance was retained in the South Australian Heritage Register.

Wilkawillina Archaeocyatha Site – Adnyamathanha Country, Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park, Flinders Ranges SA 5434

Designation retained in the Register under section 18A(5) of the Act.

~Confirmation of Provisional Entry~

The South Australian Heritage Council hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 18(7d)(b) of the Heritage Places Act 1993, that the following provisional entries were confirmed as State Heritage Places in the South Australian Heritage Register.

All Souls' Anglican Church – Kaurna Country, Lot 910 Stephen Terrace, St Peters SA 5069

Confirmed in the Register under section 18(4) and criterion (e) of section 16(1) of the Act.

Former American River Methodist Church – Ngarrindjeri, Ramindjeri, Kaurna, Narungga Countries, 24 Ryberg Road, American River SA 5221

Confirmed in the Register under section 18(4) and criterion (e) of section 16(1) of the Act.

Christ Church Uniting (church) – Kaurna Country, 26 King William Road, Wayville SA 5034

Confirmed in the Register under section 18(4) and criteria (e); (g) of section 16(1) of the Act.

Former Elizabeth South Methodist Church Hall – Kaurna Country, Lot 94 Harvey Road, Elizabeth Grove SA 5112

Confirmed in the Register under section 18(4) and criterion (a) of section 16(1) of the Act.

Confirmed in the Register under section 18(4) and criterion (a) of section 16(1) of the Act.

~Confirmation of Provisional Entry & Retention of Designation~

The South Australian Heritage Council hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 18(7d)(b) of the Heritage Places Act 1993, that the following provisional entry was confirmed as a State Heritage Place and the related designation was retained as a place of speleological significance in the South Australian Heritage Register.

Munro Karst – First Nations of the South East, 407 Hynam Caves Road, Mount Light SA 5271

Confirmed in the Register under section 18(4) and criterion (c) of section 16(1) and designation retained under section 18(4a) of the Act.

~Confirmation of Provisional Entry (Object)~

The South Australian Heritage Council hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 18(7d)(b) of the Heritage Places Act 1993, that the following provisional entry was confirmed as a State Heritage Object in the South Australian Heritage Register.

Torrens Island Quarantine Station Collection is intrinsically related to the heritage significance of Torrens Island Quarantine Station Complex – Kaurna Country, Grand Trunkway, Torrens Island SA 5015

Confirmed in the Register under section 18(4) and criterion (c) of section 16(2) of the Act.

Provisionally entered in the Register under section 17(2)(b), ‘to be protected while an assessment of its heritage significance is carried out.’
